     Gail Richards said Johnson Heating and Cooling is official City Street Fair sponsor.  74 vendor spaces are filled so far.  She is working on food venders.  We are making sure we have enough electrical spaces for the food vendors.  City Freedom festival meeting this Friday morning.  The flier and poster are finalized.  Daily Journal will do an insert.   2500 glossy fliers to pass out and 500 posters. 

 

    Entertainment-Brent Corey. WFMS is going to be a sponsor and have Karaoke.  May have a couple of bands.  2 speaker system with 1 microphone and CD player and 12 x 16 stage $385.   Indianapolis Barber Shop Quartet will be performing and have a booth.  Brent Corey has the storage key to check for tents-for sound system and library might need them for their movies.

 

   First booths will set up at 6:30 am.  Vendors on the field will enter from the east library parking lot and drive down the hill.   They will exit through the parking lot off of Old Meridian.   Vendors on the street will enter on Old Meridian and Machledt Dr. and will exit on Machledt onto Madison  Ave.

 

Will have elephant ears this year.  Volunteers this year include the Richards and the Cunninghams and Pat Cheney.  Greenwood Public Library will provide 5 dressed up princesses for the parade, will be in a horse drawn carriage.  There will be a princess castle and Fear Factor-like program at 2.

 

    National City bank will bring 100-200 bags for the information booth.  The chamber also has some.  Kelsey, Rachael and Kaila will be working information booth.  Brent will look for walkie talkies-they will need batteries.  Volunteers have orange t-shirts and have some security vests.  Brent will need 25 extra chairs for the Honey Creek Chamber Orchestra at 2:00.

 

     On Friday night before the Street Fair, Mark, and Gail and Abby Richards will be marking out the vendor spaces.  Use stakes and paint to mark vendor spots.

 

     Street Fair is 9am-4pm.

 

    Farmers Market insurance has been paid.

 

    Frameworks on Madison is having an open house this Thurs. 6-11 from 6-8 pm.
