Street Fair.  On the day of the fair, Rosemary Cunningham will be covering inner line of booths, Mr. Cunningham at the top, Pat Chaney will be covering the two inner lines of booths and Kelsey will cover the inner most line of booths.

 

We have about 85 booths currently.   Old National Bank is going to have 2 booths.  One will have a “cash box” up to $200 max. (Catch money that is blowing around in a box).  Extra 25 chairs ordered for the symphony, chairs will be stored behind the stage.  Spent $2000 on blowup stuff and chairs and tents. 

 

    Entertainment-Brent Corey.  Has the 1-2 o’clock to fill.  Karaoke from11-12 and Indianapolis Barbershop Quartet 12-12:30.   Brent will be at the stage after the parade.  Evans will set up the sound equipment at 8am.

 

  Rosemary needs a responsible volunteer to drive golf cart to pick up library princesses. Mark and John are going to put in stakes Fri. night.  Electric is organized. Literacy Town needs electricity for a blow up thing.

 

 The first booths are coming at 6:30, tables and chairs coming at 6 am.  Tents coming night before.  Will have 3 ads in the Daily Journal, plus an insert.

 

    Military shirt cannon will be present.  If you have any business shirts that you would like to donate to be shot out of shirt cannon, contact Rosemary.
